The OpenEik logos. One oak, every format.

The oak and the name as a designer hands them over: SVG and PNG for screens, PDF and EPS in CMYK for print, icons, social images and GIFs. The oak is grown by the same code as the one at the top of this page, so every file shows the same tree.

09 · Using the logos

Using the logos

Clear space

Keep a space of x, the height of the capital E, clear on every side of the logo.

Smallest sizes

Horizontal lockup 24 px or 8 mm high; stacked 80 px or 20 mm; mark 32 px or 10 mm; wordmark 16 px or 5 mm. Below 48 px, use the icons.

As they are

Scale the files only in proportion. Do not stretch, rotate, recolour, outline or shadow them, or move their parts.

Type

The wordmark is Familjen Grotesk, regular and bold, as outlines. Labels and code are IBM Plex Mono. Both are free under the SIL Open Font License.

Which file

Web and apps: SVG. Slides and documents: PNG. Print: the CMYK PDF, or EPS where a printer or sign maker asks for it.
